# AuCore > AuCore is one OpenAI-compatible API for 500+ frontier language models, plus a 648-endpoint REST toolkit for utility data (prayer times, weather, FX, QR codes, anime, crypto and more). Point any OpenAI SDK at https://ai.aunuhost.bond/api and change nothing else. AuCore (built by AuR AI) runs two independent API planes that share one account but use different keys, base URLs and quota systems: - AI API — `https://ai.aunuhost.bond/api` — chat completions, embeddings, moderations, image/video/audio generation. Key prefix `auc_live_`, `auc_premier_`, `auc_platinum_` or `auc_free_`. Auth: `Authorization: Bearer `. - REST API Toolkit — `https://api.fallsad.biz.id` — 648 single-purpose utility endpoints. Key prefix `auc_rest_`. Auth: `?key=` query param, `x-api-key` header, or Bearer. The two planes never mix: an `auc_rest_` key cannot call chat completions and an `auc_live_` key cannot call toolkit features. ## When to use AuCore Use AuCore when you need to: - Call a large language model (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, DeepSeek…) through one OpenAI-compatible endpoint instead of integrating each vendor separately. - Keep working when a single provider is down — the gateway fails across providers automatically, so one upstream outage does not surface as an error. - Read utility data that would otherwise need its own scraper or vendor: Islamic prayer times and Qur'an, weather, currency rates, QR codes, URL shortening, anime/manga lookup, crypto prices, geolocation. - Get Indonesian-friendly, token-metered billing in IDR. Do not use AuCore when you need: - Self-hosted or on-premise inference, or a model served from your own weights. - A guaranteed-fixed model version — the live catalog is discovered from upstream providers, so ids come and go. Always call `GET /api/models` before assuming a model exists. - Fine-tuning, assistants, or vector-store APIs. Neither plane exposes them. ## How to call it 1. Pick a tier, then request a key from the support page. Keys are issued manually and delivered by email; there is no public self-serve signup. 2. Redeem the key at https://ai.aunuhost.bond/login. The dashboard then shows the key, base URL and usage analytics. 3. Send the key as a bearer token. For the AI API: `Authorization: Bearer auc_live_…`. Send `Accept: text/markdown` to be redirected to it automatically. - Unknown paths return HTTP 404 with a short `text/markdown` body listing the sitemap, `llms.txt` and docs entry points. - The AI gateway returns OpenAI-shaped errors: `401` missing/unknown key, `403` revoked key or model above your plan, `429` quota exhausted, `502` all upstreams failed (retryable, not charged). - The REST toolkit deliberately returns an identical generic `404` for unknown paths and for missing or revoked keys, so endpoint scanners cannot enumerate the surface.
